Stupid White Men

Congress has passed a new bill making it harder for average citizens to declare bankruptcy. It's a credit card company's dream. Read about it.

Bush was dragged kicking and screaming into signing the new corporate fraud bill. Then, he wiped the tears out of his eyes, and started weakening it--starting with whistleblower protection.

The Justice Department says there are 5,000 members of Al-Qaeda. Just one more slight exaggeration. The FBI says there are only 200.

Meanwhile, Dick Cheney's Halliburton, currently under investigation by the SEC, is builiding prison cells in Cuba for the Al-Qaeda and Taliban fighters. Another government contract handed to a company teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. Hmmm.
