Failed Execs Pocketed $3.3 billion in 3 Years

Where's Waldo? He was nowhere in sight at yesterday's "Corporate Responsibility" bill signing, that's for sure. Vice President Cheney retreated to Ohio rather than risk embarrassing comparisons between the new law and his own behavior while CEO of Halliburton. And, if crime doesn't pay, failure sure does. In the first survey of failed US companies, the Financial Times discovered that CEO and other insiders pocketed over $3 billion in just the last three years - and they may be able to keep most of it.
